Dreamy Affair

Here we are with our recent craft work – Dream Catcher. Legend has it that these colourful hanging pieces allow good dreams, restricting the bad ones in its web. So how about learning how to creating it, all by yourself and making our nights a ‘good’ one.
Materials required
- A metal/wooden hoop
- 4mm and 2mm ribbon or lace
- Scissors
- Beads
- Feathers
Start with wrapping the hoop tightly with the 4mm lace and tie the ends
Next take the 2mm lace, tie to the hoop and start with making arches all along the hoop. In the second-round start looping the string around the mid-point of the arches.
Keep doing this until you reach the center of the hoop. To close the web insert a bead into the thread and tie up the ends neatly.
Next, cut 2mm thread into as many strings you want to hang on the hoop. We have cut 5 strings.
Start inserting beads into it and tie the feathers at the end.
Voila!! These colourful wonders are ready to be used as a décor item. Hang it any where in your house and see that corner instantly brighten up.
